In our previous newsletter, we already informed you about the organizational changes we are currently implementing — or have already implemented by the time you read this. These changes are aimed at serving you as a seller even better — in the familiar way, or even better.
With 130 sales professionals in the Benelux, there was also an internal need for more structure and specialization. Therefore, we have split the account management function into two roles. One role focuses on attracting new sellers, the other on supporting existing sellers and optimizing auctions.
Experience shows that the quality of auctions and the range of offerings are crucial for our mutual success. We have more than 40 points on which we can manage an auction, such as content, starting and minimum amounts, negotiating, marketing, and more.
In recent weeks, you have hopefully been in contact with your (new) contact person. Topics such as scheduling auctions for 2025, jointly seizing opportunities, forming contracts with pricing for the upcoming period, and of course, best wishes for the new year, were discussed.
Thanks to these conversations, the auction calendar for 2025 is quickly filling up again. We look forward to a successful year ahead together with you.
